The Far East region of Russia’s Kamchatka was struck by two substantial earthquakes on Sunday. The first earthquake had a magnitude of 6.6, and the second, which followed shortly after, measured 6.7. Both quakes originated at a depth of 10 kilometers and occurred off the coast of Kamchatka, an area situated within the seismically active ‘Ring of Fire.’ So far, there have been no reports of damage or injuries.
