A significant incident occurred in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir, where three buses carrying Amarnath-bound pilgrims collided, causing injuries to at least ten people. The collision caused damage to all three buses. The injured were provided with medical care and transferred to different buses to resume their journey. A pilgrim who was present during the accident, described that they had departed early in the morning and were traveling from Amarnath to Vaishno Devi. Medical staff at GMC Anantnag provided treatment to the injured, with most showing signs of head injuries. Most of them were stable and were expected to be discharged within an hour.
