Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri’s Janata Darbar provided instant relief to a citizen whose land mutation had been stuck for 13 years. Srikant Tiwari, a retired individual from the Pollution Control Board, approached the Darbar seeking help with the mutation of his 07-decimal land in Tupuudana Mouza, Namkum Anchal, a process he had been pursuing since 2012.
