England’s captain, Nat Sciver-Brunt, will miss the remainder of the T20I series against India due to a groin injury sustained during the third T20I in Bristol. The ECB announced that Sciver-Brunt suffered a left groin injury and will be unavailable for the remaining matches. Veteran batter Tammy Beaumont will captain the team in her absence, and Maia Bouchier has been added to the squad. Sciver-Brunt is expected to be available for the ODI series starting on July 16th. With India leading the series 2-1, England faces a tougher challenge to level the series.
