To facilitate the expansion outlined in the Master Plan 2041, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has begun acquiring land from local farmers. The plan includes the development of new industrial and residential sectors, which will be followed by plot schemes. Farmers will be compensated with a combination of monetary value and residential plots. In line with government regulations, YEIDA is securing land ownership to prevent disputes and facilitate efficient development and possession to allottees. Land acquisition efforts are underway in villages under Sector-5, Sector-8, and Sector-9, as well as in the remaining areas of existing sectors 24A, 32, and 29. Sector-5 is designated for residential purposes, while Sectors 8 and 9 will be developed for industrial use. YEIDA aims to launch plot schemes near the Noida International Airport and build on the existing SMME Park, Apparel Park, and residential plots in Sector-24A.
