Ranchi’s Meteorological Department has issued weather warnings for several districts in Jharkhand. A yellow alert is in place for June 28th, concerning 13 districts, due to the forecast of heavy rain and thunderstorms. The districts under alert are Ranchi, Latehar, Lohardaga, Gumla, Khunti, Simdega, West Singhbhum, East Singhbhum, Koderma, Chatra, Bokaro, Saraikela-Kharsawan, and Bokaro. For June 29th, an orange alert has been declared for Chatra, Hazaribagh, Latehar, Lohardaga, Ramgarh, Ranchi, and Gumla, signaling the possibility of substantial rainfall. Further, a yellow alert has been issued for Garhwa, Palamu, Bokaro, Khunti, Simdega, West Singhbhum, East Singhbhum, and Saraikela-Kharsawan, anticipating thunderstorms. The weather department also suggests good rainfall in nine districts on June 30th and in five districts on July 1st, accompanied by yellow alerts.
