The campaign, which started on No Tobacco Day, aimed to spread awareness about the dangers of addiction and illicit substances throughout the state. The Walkathon covered a distance of 2.3 km, with participation from students, civil society organizations, and prominent personalities. Speeches by officials and cultural performances highlighted the government’s commitment to combating substance abuse and fostering a healthier community.
