This follows the recent controversy surrounding his reported second marriage, which led to his expulsion from the party and disownment by his family, as announced by Lalu Yadav on social media. Speaking to ANI, Tej Pratap stated that he has been sidelined in every way. He offered his blessings to his younger brother, Tejashwi Yadav, and emphasized his need for privacy, stating that he is not afraid. Regarding forming a new party, he indicated his intention to connect with the public. He has vowed to openly fight from any constituency he chooses, and he expressed his gratitude for those who support him. Tej Pratap also expressed his wishes for his brother, Tejashwi Yadav, to become the Chief Minister of Bihar. He also added that he has always respected his parents. He stated that he feels insecure and has requested the government to enhance his security, citing threats to his life.
