Jashpur district in Chhattisgarh marked International Yoga Day with Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai leading the celebrations. The event saw the participation of thousands, promoting the benefits of yoga for physical and mental wellness. CM Sai emphasized yoga’s significance and urged people to make it a part of their daily routine. He also highlighted the effectiveness and affordability of generic medicines. In addition to the yoga session, the CM laid the foundation stone for the Nalanda complex, a new facility aimed at providing educational opportunities. He also inaugurated development projects worth over ₹107 crore, including infrastructure improvements in the Jashpur and Kunkuri regions. Additionally, he encouraged tree plantation, particularly in the name of mothers, to promote environmental consciousness. The event was attended by various local leaders, officials, and citizens.
