The much-anticipated Axiom-4 mission, carrying Indian astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla, has been delayed. NASA, in conjunction with Axiom Space and SpaceX, decided to postpone the launch, originally set for June 22. The reason for the delay is to review the operational readiness of the International Space Station (ISS) following recent repair work. The mission will involve a crew of four, including Shubhanshu Shukla, led by Peggy Whitson, along with crew members from Poland and Hungary. The launch will be conducted by SpaceX using its Falcon-9 rocket and Dragon capsule. The postponement allows for a thorough assessment of the interconnected systems of the ISS before the crew arrives. The crew is in quarantine in Florida, awaiting the rescheduled launch.
