A strange case has been reported in Siwan, Bihar. Rinky Devi approached the police station carrying a dead chicken and accusing her brother-in-law and sister-in-law of killing it. Rinky said she treated the chicken as her child and was distraught over its death. She alleged that the chicken was strangled due to a dispute related to the eggs. After hearing Rinky’s complaint, the police registered a case and started an investigation into the matter.
