Passengers arrived at their destination, while their luggage remained in Patna. The flight, numbered EX 1591 and scheduled for 11:55 AM, carried a passenger named Prasoon Kumar and over 30 other individuals who experienced this issue. Upon reaching Hindon Airport, passengers were informed about their missing baggage and asked to complete the necessary forms detailing their luggage. The inconvenience was most pronounced for passengers with connecting flights. They were told that their luggage would be sent on an evening flight. No official communication has been issued by Air India Express or the Patna airport authorities about the incident.
