Jaishankar Highlights India’s Stance on Terrorism at Brussels Press Meet

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, speaking in Brussels, clarified that the issue is not a conflict between India and Pakistan but a response to the menace of terrorism. He reaffirmed India’s commitment to zero tolerance for terrorism and opposition to nuclear blackmail. When asked about the India-Pakistan situation, Jaishankar proposed viewing it as a matter of ‘India-Terroristan.’ He highlighted the need for international cooperation to address the shared challenge of terrorism. Jaishankar also discussed global issues with EU High Representative Kaja Kallas, including the Ukraine conflict, the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, and the Indo-Pacific.
