Despite ongoing police efforts, criminals are operating with apparent disregard for law enforcement. Several serious crimes have been reported in the capital within a 24-hour period. The most recent incident took place in the Bikram police station area, part of the Paliganj sub-division near Patna. Two individuals riding a motorcycle were fatally shot by unidentified assailants on the Manjhauli Singara road.
Both victims died at the scene. Local police responded to the scene immediately after receiving the report. The Patna FSL team was subsequently notified. The identities of the deceased remain unknown at this time.
Reports indicate that villagers on their morning walk on the Manjhauli Singara road discovered the bodies on Tuesday. A black and red Apache motorcycle was found nearby. The bodies of the two young men were found a short distance away, covered in blood. The news quickly spread throughout the village.
Villagers promptly contacted Dial 112. Police from the Bikram police station arrived at the scene to conduct an investigation. Authorities are still working to identify the deceased.
