Chirag Paswan has announced his decision to contest the upcoming Bihar assembly elections from all 243 seats. Addressing a public meeting in Ara, he stated that he aims to strengthen the NDA alliance. He said he wants to serve Bihar, asking the public to decide on his participation and the seat. He also targeted the RJD and Congress and said that the Congress is responsible for ‘jungle raj’. Paswan dismissed Rahul Gandhi’s remarks about the Election Commission as a sign of accepting defeat. Paswan has also clarified that he is not aiming for the Chief Minister’s chair.
