Four Baloch fighters were killed during a violent clash with a ‘state-backed’ armed group in the Barkhan district of Balochistan. The gunfight occurred in the Koh-e-Jandar region of Rakni tehsil, lasting for several hours, with heavy weapons reportedly employed. The deceased were identified as Mustafa Noor, Samiullah, Rasaan Qadir, and Shahzaib. Their remains were moved to a hospital in Rakni. Simultaneously, Pakistani forces conducted a military operation in the Spilinji area of Mastung district, leading to intense fighting and reported casualties. The events reflect the persistent instability and conflict between Baloch nationalist groups and state forces.
