The whole world is moving towards modernity, so this institute is still dependent on old machines. In such a situation, how will the students here be able to join the competition. Even after the machines are declared condoms, no steps have been taken by the institute so far. Far from bringing a new machine, bad machines have not been removed. Where technical training is given to students, that building is in bad shape. Its roof made of chadre has been broken in many places. This causes water to fall during the rainy season. As a precaution, machines are covered with plastic by the institute.
The future of 1000 students is at stake
There has been no change in ITI College for the last 63 years. In a total of 22 trades in the institute, more than 1000 students take technical education. The qualification of entry in it is 10th. Any student 10th pass can enroll in the institute to do professional courses. Students are unable to become capable by taking training in bad and old machines, so that they can work easily on modern machines.
More than 50 percent machines have been spoiled
Students study in different types of trade in the institute. There are more than 100 machines for them. These include machines like milling, lith, drilling etc. Out of this, more than 50 percent of the machines have been declared condoms. Even after this, these machines are not being replaced. In such a situation, students are forced to take training only on the same bad machines.

Dhanbad ITI was established in 1962. Apart from Dhanbad, students from other districts also come to study here. These machines were installed at the time of the installation of the institute. Now she is 63 years old. They have not been replaced yet.
The machines have been declared a condom by the institute. A company named MSTC takes bad machines. After that the government gives the new machine to the institute. The company will take old machines, only then new machines will be available to the institute. All the people of the institute are engaged in this work.
