A day after he resigned from the Yogi Adityanath authorities as a cabinet minister, an arrest warrant has been issued towards ex-minister Swami Prasad Maurya. The arrest warrant has been issued towards Maurya by Yogesh Yadav, the Justice of the Peace from a courtroom in Sultanpur concerning objectionable statements made by him towards Hindus in 2014.

Maurya has been ordered to seem earlier than the courtroom on January 24.
