Over 3,200 college students have paid their charges for admission to Delhi University faculties below the second cut-off listing, whereas greater than 43,000 purposes have been obtained to this point, official information confirmed. Wednesday is the final day for the submission of purposes for admission below the second cut-off listing.
According to the info shared by the college, 43,412 college students have utilized for admissions, whereas principals have accepted purposes of 10,593 college students. Of them, 3,213 have paid their charges.
Colleges mentioned they have been on the verge of filling up seats. At Aryabhatta College, 253 purposes have been obtained. As many as 173 of them have been rejected and 80 accepted.
“There are chances of admissions reaching saturation point in Political Science Hons in the OBC category, and English Honours and Mathematics in unreserved categories,” mentioned Rajesh Dwivedi, convener of admissions on the faculty.
Students are dealing with issues in calculating their best-of-four marks, which is resulting in various rejections, based on officers.
A complete of 555 college students have taken admissions to Rajdhani College until now, together with 131 and 201 on Monday and Tuesday respectively below the second listing. Fifteen college students have withdrawn their utility.
