KOTTAYAM: Launching his election marketing campaign, Kerala Congress (M) chairman on Monday started his ‘Janakeeyam Padayatra’, a rally to satisfy the folks in meeting constituency. District secretary of CPM V N Vasavan flagged off the rally at Panthatthala in Mutholi grama panchayat. Vasavan additionally flayed Pala MLA Mani C Kappan for switching to UDF.
