On the event of International Day of Yoga, yoga was practiced at varied locations in Balod district on the theme ‘Yoga for Humanity’. District degree yoga program was organized within the courtyard of Ganga Maiya temple situated in village Jhalmala close to district headquarter Balod. Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Minister Mrs. Anila Bhendia attended this system because the chief visitor. On this event, Minister Smt. Bhendia congratulated the individuals of the state on International Yoga Day and appealed to incorporate yoga of their each day routine.
Addressing this system, Smt. Bhendia stated that Yoga has been occurring in Indian tradition since time immemorial. Yoga is essential for all phases of life. By doing yoga, meditation repeatedly, one will get freedom from bodily and psychological illnesses. The physique and thoughts stay wholesome. Sanjari-Balod MLA Smt.
