India wicketkeeper-batter Dinesh Karthik expressed his happiness after the Men in Blue defeated West Indies by 68 runs within the first T20I of the five-match collection on Friday (July 29).

Karthik, who joined the Indian squad for the T20Is within the Caribbean, hit a quickfire 41 not out off simply 19 balls to assist India submit 190 for six after being put into bat. With the victory, India took their win-loss file to 14-6 in opposition to West Indies. The Men in Blue have now gained their final 5 T20Is in opposition to the Men in Maroon. The groups will play the second T20I on August 1 at Warner Park, Basseterre, St Kitts.
