‘It was my grandfather’s want’
Inderjeet, whereas addressing on the ceremony, stated that the want of his grandfather Giani Zail Singh had been lastly fulfilled. He stated, “Everyone knows how Congress treated him despite him being loyal to the family. It had hurt him.” Singh stated that when he was attempting to make his profession within the movie business, he was referred to as by the previous President to Delhi in order that he might be part of politics.
“He called me and asked me to go and take blessings from Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He also sent me to meet and take blessings from Lal Krishna Advani. Giani Ji wanted me to join BJP and not that party.”

As there was no one to guide me, I went back to Punjab.” Singh additional added that later he began doing social work and travelled throughout India to carry members of Vishwakarma Samaj beneath one roof. “I succeed to some extent as well,” he added.
He stated he met BJP chief and president of BJP JP Nadda someday again, who had requested him concerning the work he has been doing. After studying about his social work, Nadda provided him to affix BJP, Singh claimed.
