Under which, within the case of Suki, a resident of village Kundenar School Para below Geedam tehsil, who died on account of drowning in water, his nearest inheritor Mr. Shyam Lal, 4 lakh to his nearest inheritor Mrs. Binda Pawar, within the case of loss of life of Ashu Pawar, resident of Hiranar Kadtipara, on account of snakebite.
