At least 155 folks have been killed in a 6.1 magnitude earthquake that hit the jap components of Afghanistan on Wednesday.

An earthquake struck jap Afghanistan early Wednesday, killing a minimum of 155 folks, authorities stated.

Information remained scarce on the magnitude 6 temblor that struck Paktika province.

The state-run Bakhtar information company reported the element and stated rescuers have been arriving by helicopter.
